| Nayem | I just purchased two days ago and I'm trying to get these issues I've run into resolved: The biggest issue I have is the product display on the front page. Instead of the Slider, I have huge images displayed. the images are also kind of fuzzy. I don't know how to get the store listed in the url. The product url is wwww.mysite.com/product/product name rather than www.mystie.com/seller/store/prodcut name. this may be related but each time I add a product it gives me an error that the page cant be found when I go to update, but once I go in the products its there. I have gotten rid of the category list on the main page but that is it. |

| ok. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled and it seems that the image issue is resolved. My issue now is with my import/ export plugin. It does not come up in tools. Another issue I’m having now that I reinstalled is that the register portion of the login/ register screen is not showing up. |

| Hello, You have uploaded a bigger image for that reason the thumbnail messed up. Please make sure that you are using the latest version for import/export add-on. To enable registration in seller registration page please enable “Anyone can register” option from Wp admin->Settings->General. Thanks. |

| Thank you. I am using version 2 of the import export. it still does not show up in my seller dashboard. In fact there is nothing in the tools tab. Also I have changed the sizes on some of the pics and it worked for some, however some of my pics were already the correct sizes or smaller (500 x500 or smaller) and they still displayed incorrectly. I have deleted that product for now, but isn’t the product supposed to hard crop despite the original size? |

| ok… I did another reset and I got the import ecport to work in my child theme. NOW… the issue I have is that I cannot signup. The form appears now, (it was missing before) but now it doesn’t do anything when I try to sign up. I filled out the form for support. Thank you so much for your help. |

| Hello, There is no option to set limitation for the image size. It depends on your image quality and size. Now if you want to limit the size then you have to customize the theme. I will suggest you to upload good quality image with proper size. Thanks. |

| I understand that, but like mentioned before, the images are all the proper size, i.e no larger than 500 x 500. I even took that image down to 300 and the were no display changes |
