Sekander Badsha Hi there, Can you please advise on how we can use the same Dokan license for two environments on the same website ? We purchased Dokan and we are launching our "live" site and we also want to have a second "test / dev" environment for the same website, on the same server / same domain. But when we try and activate Dokan on the test environment, it won't work, probably because our license is already in use on the first environment. Any chance of making this possible for us ? I think a lot of other customers will want this too. Thanks

Hello Jani,
We only provide one license key at a time. Two license key for single license is not possible.
You may test and build your site first and then sync to the live site. So you can use your license key on your staging server first and then after moving to the live server, you can request us to remove your existing license key and create a new one for your live site.

Hi Sekander,

Thanks for your reply, but even after the website goes live, we need to keep working on the staging area for developing future updates of the site. We cannot afford to go “back and forth” with only one environment working at the time.

I am sure most other webmasters will have the same issue, since it’s never a good idea to do developments and tests directly in the live environment.

Can you please think of a solution ?

The only way is to buy multiple licences. Because we count installation, not domain. You can get 4 more license by paying $100 more (5 sites license).
