hide field in frontend but not in the backend

Tareq Hasan	Hello, i have some fields which i need to complete in the backend once the form is submitted, but i don't want to show them in the user frontend. I see that there is a hidden field option but don't know how to use it, or maybe with action hook, but i have no idea how it works in this case. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
