Nayem If I make any subscription package, I see in Subscription Details that Remaining Post: (Say a number of post available for that package, but it just go down. For example, my Subscription is for 3 Post for 1 month.(expire time) SUBSCRIPCION DATAILS: Remaining post: 3 The point is that the number 3 when I post again it become to 2 And if I post other it become 1. (BUT IF I DELETE ONE POST IT SHOULD SAY) Remaining post: 2 Because I delete one. If I delete all my post it should say again: Remaining post: 3 Because I don't have post in my acount. (BUT DON'T DO THAT) this number just go down and never UP. and when the number finish I can't post again until I choose other pack subscription. I need ofcourse that if I delete a post it become available again in my account as suppouse to be. Thank. What can I do?

This is not a bug so far. If your subscription pack allows you to publish 10 products, you can only publish 10 products. If you delete one or more products after publishing them, your quota will not be back. Even if you have 1 remaining product, and you delete an existing product, you will still have 1 remaining product. Deleting your published products will not increase your number of available quota.

But this no have sense. I mean for simple logic.

If you have subscription pack that allow you to publish 10 products for 30 days.
You paid for this time (30 DAYS) and you should be able to do what you want with this 10 products in this time. Example: If you want to delete 4 products of 10 in total. them should have 10 avalible again. BECAUSE YOU PAID FOR 30 DAYS – buying a subscription pack).

Because what’s the point of putting the DELETE button on my account, if you don’t have that space again?

You say is not a bug, Ok. How can I do that? Can be really difficult just be able to do that.

Restore you space to publish after you delete a publish in your xx days pack subscription?

Actually this is not a bug.

We always try to provide customers the comfortable environment. We had a plan to provide a delete facility. But we have moved from that planning. Because we have think deeply that if we provide a delete facility an unethical user can take illegal benefit.

For say, Seller has 30 days subscription and that seller can add 10 product. If we provide delete facility he can sell a product and earn some money. Then he will delete that product and add another product and earn some money and so on. So that the subscription with a product will not give you any favour.

No, no, no…. your answer still is without sense.. I mean. In my case I don’t care if the client who pay for a 30 days (1 Month) and 10 ads. Delete or Edit her publish. (You have the DELETE Option in MY ACOUNT). Just that don’t work as should be.

We just need that when the client delete the ad it become available again. He pay for 30 days.

I understand that you say is not a BUG. Ok. But how can we do that if we want? The plugin should need to have the posibilities to let us do that if we want..

But ok. Can you just tell me what I have to change in the code or something to accomplish that. Should not be difficult.

Step 2: Find this line // add_action( 'dokan_after_delete_product_item', array( $this, 'update_meta_for_delete_product' ) );' ) );

Step 3: Replace add_action( 'dokan_after_delete_product_item', array( $this, 'update_meta_for_delete_product' ) );

This is literally not easy to provide you a good solution. But if you hire a developer that would be better to do some customization works. Because a developer has a good understanding of code block its referencing.

Please navigate to plugins/wpuf/class/subscription.php and find this function function subscription_info() . This function act to show subscripion info for user. You must coustomize this function code block which can meet your requirements.


N.B: I am not good at programming. Our lead developers are now in Eid vacation. After their coming back, I can give you further instruction if possible.

This should be include in the plugin.(To give that option) I mean what I go to do now. You don’t want to give me a support for this.. And I need just this thing to lounch my site.

When the user delete a ads it become available again. that’s all.

I sincerly have the feeling that they don’t even care about improving. I am a bit mad at myself to have bought a licence. Out of the box, It does not even support multilingual setup.
Always the same canned answers: “code it yourself”
Really disapointed
