I lost my translation

Tareq Hasan	Hello, I fully translated into French theme from the file provided in the theme folder. However, my translation has disappeared after updating the theme! I do not have a copy, how could I have it back? thank you

Tareq Hasan	I am really sorry to hear that. But you should be careful from next time, always keep a backup. Update means you’ll lose any changes you make. So you can’t have it back.
