Images are uploading as thumnails in body of post?

Mahi	When I am creating a post from the front end, and I try to insert an image it uploads but the size of the uploaded image is 150 x 150 which is my default set size for my thumbnails. Below is a screenshot of the path>> of where and how the image is being uploaded to the body of the post? Can you help me out, why is the inserted image defaulting to the size of thumbnails? Thank you!

Mahi	make sure you are not using any image resizer plugin also check settings-> media section.
