I'm using WP 4.3 and the WP Residence theme (http://wpresidence.net/) – I've just purchased your plugin and I'm wondering how to properly implement the verification function upon registration? When you check the theme demo you can see that the registration form pops up using the menu bar entry. How would I place the sms verification field there?
But even when I'm using the normal WP registration function there's an error: the field for entering the verification code doesn't show up at all. What's the reason for this?

I have reproduced this issue but did not get any inconsistency. Can you please switch to a default WordPress theme – Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and Twenty Fifteen? Then you will get the SMS verification field over the registration panel.

How will I fix the issue without the login details? Please provide the login details. After that, I will try my best to fix the issue.

Ok, then send me the theme. I think this would not breach any contract. I will add the verification field in the theme and send you the correct file.

Your plugin does not say “works only with a few themes”. And buyers of your plugin can't send you their theme or login details to get a working plugin.
Please refund my purchase as you promise in your refund policy.September 30, 2015 at 5:32 pm #73560
Our plugin works with most of the theme which followed WordPress coding standard. Now if your theme has extra functionality and it is conflicting with our plugin then it is not our plugin fault. As you are our customer for this reason I have requested you to provide your site details to fix your issue. Now if you can not provide any option to check and fix your issue then it is complicated to provide any solution. There are tons of themes in the marketplace so it is very difficult to test each and every theme with our plugin. For this reason, we have made this plugin compatible with WordPress default theme.
I am requesting again to provide your admin login details or theme then I will fix your issue withing 24 hours.
