import products show error already exists but no products in seller store?

| Matthew | Hi import products show error already exists but no products in seller store? How do i import products and variations into a sellers store? the plug seems to work as it downloaded all from the admin store products, but i get this error when trying to import products and variation into a seller store? |

| I had to roll back the site database to before you fixed the blank page in tools as the plugin wasn’t working, you fixed it but then the site ran very slow and i had an email from my hosting company telling me my data base had problems and was overheating in the processes it was doing. So now i am back to no import/export plugin not showing in the tools tab again after the roll back i had to do :[ and when it was working i couldn’t import products into the seller stalls as it come up with all the products already exists error even when there are no products showing in seller shops. Help please! |

| Can i ask what the trick is to get the import/export plugin to work? one of the webdevs got it going yesterday but i cant get it showing in tools with ver 0.2 |

| Hello Matthew, Make sure you have set your permalinks as post name and product. Please navigate to Settings->Permalinks and Set your permalinks as Post name and Product. Please check and let me know. Thank You 🙂 |

| Yes they are set right, yesterday you got into my site and fixed the import tool to show but i had to roll it back as it caused a problem with the server, so how did you make it work? |

| Yes i can see products but how did you do it , i have tried everything and i cant get the products i need from the main admin store over to the sellers sites :[ I need to put all the products in the admin account into all the sellers stores but i cant get it to work i just get errors, whats the trick? | When you upload duplicate product in different seller then it will show Product “Product xxxxx” already exists and it is usual here but nothing wrong in Dokan so far. This is default mechanism of woocommerce. Dokan export/import just emerge with frontend facility based on the mechanism but nothing else. Thank You 🙂 |
