Sekander Badsha Hi, I'm having an issue where the invoice tab doesn't show up on the front-end of wp project manager pro. How do I fix this? Thanks

Hi Nayem,

Adding the shortcake shows the invoice on the front end, but the problem I’m having is that the “invoice” tab doesn’t show up next to the “Activity”, “Messages”, “To-do lists”, “Milestones” etc tabs. I have tried removing other plugins on my site but the invoice tab still doesn’t show up. Please help me fix this.

Can you please confirm me that are you using the invoice add on for project manager pro?. If not, then you have to use invoice add on for project manager pro. Please let me know.

Hello jermoe,

I am really sorry for my misunderstanding. Actually our default system is for showing invoices on the front-end you have to create a page with short code which is already done by you. So invoice tab will not available in the project, it is our default system. There is a different page for invoice on the front-end. Hope you will understand me.

Hi Nayem,

Thanks for clarifying that. How do I create an invoice for a client from the front page? Right now, I just get a message saying “There are no invoices assigned to you for now”.

I was also looking through this page http://docs.wedevs.com/create-new-invoice/ and I noticed that I can’t even see the option to create an invoice in the backend of my site.

Hello Jerome,

I think you are missing something. In ta back-end you have navigate to Project mangaer->project->invoice and you will see a button “New Invoice”. You have to click on this button to create a new invoice. Here is a screenshot for you –

Hope it will help you to find out the actual place to create invoice.

Ok I can see the option to create a new invoice for a project on the backend but I want other users who create an account on my site to be able to create an invoice without going to the backend of the site. Since you said the invoice tab is not there by default, how are other users supposed to create invoices for the projects they are working on?
