We do not have such kind of feature. But customer can contact with seller through contact seller form. In the seller store page there is a contact form to contact with seller.

That would enable a buyer to spam your sellers — unlikely that you’d want such a feature. OTOH, providing the buyer with a form that the marketplace owner controls (this is a contact form on your WordPress site and need not be provided by Dokan itself) allowing the buyer to write their request and the marketplace owner to vet it and then forward that request to all sellers in a particular category–that would make some sense.
