Have not been able to use FrontEnd pro since I'd bought it. The last time I'd posted this message about WP telling me to activate FrontEnd Pro. Am still having the same problem.
Tried logging in a few times yesterday(on my original account) as I'd forgotten my password. Reset my password yesterday and tried to log in today and am still being told to ‘try again later' as i'd tried logging in too many times. It's been some 24 hours since?
So two problems- I can't log in to forums using my original account (username: urbanite) and I still have the same problem of being told to activate FrontEnd Pro. Please help.October 16, 2013 at 6:33 am #9045
Due to too many bad experience we highly secured this site's login system. If you fail 3 times then your ip will be banned for 24hrs.
i fixed your issue and replied accordingly.

had just deactivated and reactivated it again- nothing has changed. am still unable to do anything with the pro version of this plugin.October 16, 2013 at 6:20 pm #9075
can you elaborate more what do you mean by – “unable to do anything?”
Even if plugin not active it will not prevent you from using any feature. It ONLY necessary to upgrade automatically.October 16, 2013 at 8:51 pm #9090
Sorry- just ‘found' the access button for UserFrontend above the ‘Appearance' tab. Had the same problem before. However, where the ‘New Post' form used to be- I now only see [wpuf_addpost]
I'd already created a form before but I don't see it anymore.
Also, why is this topic marked as resolved? The ‘WP User Frontend Error: Pleae activate your copy' message is still there and refuses to go away.October 17, 2013 at 7:49 pm #9117
Can someone get back to me on this? The problem has not managed to be resolved and it's been months since I'd purchased the pro versionOctober 17, 2013 at 8:00 pm #9118
please share your login details to check it further. reply as private.November 16, 2013 at 1:41 pm #10157
I'd deactivate and re-installed (the free version) again. How do I re-install the pro version without the above problem?
My order number is #7109.

Your plugin's activation key under your account. You have to login first. The key you shared its not your plugin key, its our site login.
and, you can't use free and pro version together. So, deactivate the free version then install pro version. Also, both uses different short codes. Check Documentation properly.November 16, 2013 at 2:00 pm #10160
I'd deactivated the free version. Can you send me the link to the documentation on how to install the pro version again? It's been months since I'd last installed it?
Also, where can I find my plugin key?

So sorry for the hassle. Can someone get back to me on this soonest- it's been too long since I'd installed it and would prefer to get this done before travelling again.
I can't find the licence keys under my account once I'd logged on to the dashboard- it's just empty. This is the same account which you'd sent the activation link(now it gives me an ‘invalid' message) to.
