The both plugin works very well side-by-side. WPUF handles the frontend dashboard, post creation, editing, user profile editing, registration. On the other hand, theme my login handles the login in frontend (in a page) without going to the traditional wp-login page. You don’t have to configure anything in WPUF to use theme my login, except checking an option “Registration link override” in the WPUF’s plugin settings in the “Profile” tab.
