Major Issue with Registration

ronilagin	Hello, My registration form is adding another set of password / confirm password boxes. On the back end I only created one box. Attached is a screen shot of a source view of the registration area including the additional boxes that are being added. Any clue where this is coming form and how to fix? http://cl.ly/image/0u42082R473d

ronilagin	Also, this only happens on the registration page…no issues on the edit profile page. Thanks

Tareq Hasan	It’s adding those fields with standard WordPress action hooks, so it’s coming from another plugin or may be theme.
