Many issues with Dokan

Nurul First I would like to say that you guys need to fix the core files instead of a case by case solution. By fixing all of the issues you wouldn't have to spend all the time fixing everyone's little problems. Most of my problems and everyone else's are small problems which should have been found before releasing. You guys have alot of potential but don't seem to listen to your customers when we tell you what is wrong and how to improve to make the CUSTOMERS happy. I can never get any issues fixed because you have hundreds of issues on your forum. Your documentation doesn't help and I'm guessing you released a broken product just to get money. So I'll try again. I can't get the shipping options to appear on the shipping page when checking out. I can see free shipping and local delivery, but cannot see any other options. Some of the wording and spelling is wrong, so I cant understand your instructions on how to set it to work. I'm not a developer and you guys promote Dokan as if it were consumer ready, when it's for skilled wordpress developers. I also wish to know how I can change the spelling on the instructions for my vendors. for example on shipping "If the customer buys more than one product from your store, first product of the every second type will be charged with this price" I have no clue what that means, but I wish to change the wording. thank you Also I already added a banner, and the option to add banner to get started doesn't disappear. These are the little things that I am talking about and others on your forums. Does your team not get tired of answering the same questions over and over? Maybe you need to hire some more developers and see this thing through. There are many issues that a product shouldn't have. I've been working on making a website for 7months now. I hired a developer to help me out some but I don't have enough money for them to fix all of your problems that should be thoroughly tested before promoting it as a complete and working theme/plugin. If there are any developers out there that want to create a core file on github or something for Dokan fixed email me so WE could get this started, maybe sell it back to WeDevs. Email me marcosacebrian@hotmail.com ps, also your login for your Wedevs doesn't work either. I agree. I get the feeling we are being taken for a ride with a beta product. There are alternatives out there and to be honest, they are a lot cheaper than dokan. Almost all the technical queries are answered with standard replies with very few issues being fixed.

I want to support these guys but my patience is wearing thin and I’ve been at it for almost 12 months and still an incomplete product. Now you guys boast having sold over 600 license for Dokan.surely that’s incentive enough to fix the bugs and release a complete Product. Sooner or later people will hit the blogosphere and start exposing Dokan for all the bugs and issues it has.

That will not bode well for your reputation I.e. Wedevs as a whole and your other plugins. When your reputation as a development team is tarnished, it will take a while to get get out back.

Please fix the bugs. We have been patient. We have been raising issues, giving you guys ideas and helping you as much as we can, but we have businesses to run and cannot waste time testing your product.

Hello Marcos,

1. Shipping Method: You have to enable the shipping method from WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Dokan Shipping

2. Change Text: You can change the wording from \includes\pro\templates\settings\shipping.php or can place a language file in wp-content/languages/plugins/

3. Banner Progress: I am not clear about the issue. Please provide the steps to reproduce the issue.

Hello Nurul,

We are aware about your issues and constantly solving them. Sometimes the issues might be complicated, so you have to allow us some time. You can download our previous versions of the plugins from various sites and compare the quality. No product can be perfected without user base. We do not enjoy troubling you and getting such words in our inbox.
The best practice is replying to others topic only if you can help them. We are not here to share our frustration.
