In addition, Can you tell me how Dokan/ Woocommerce generates order emails when the order involves more than 1 seller? Can you also let me know which files i should be looking at? So that i can ask my technician friend to help me. This information may also be useful for other users in this forum.

Sure! we will update all of you. Right now it is not possible to provide any hints because this notification is coming from WooCOmmerce and our developer will find solution. Though we are in vacation so it is complicated to tell anything about this because developers are also in vacation. Please keep patience for the update.
