Moved Site, Broke it: Activate ??

Tareq Hasan	I moved WordPress to another site. I deactivated the plugin on my old server and still get this message. WP User Frontend Error: Pleae activate your copy I saw in past posts you yourself need to cancel it? Need this resolved ASAP please.
