    I've updated to the latest Dokan plugin on my testsite and can see multiple issues (as seems to be the norm for Dokan releases lately. I can see other open topics for many of these already so I don't think I'm the only one experiencing them. Could you please advise on the fix.

    – Registration Page – Clicking “i am a seller” does not produce the additional fields that are supposed to appear
    – Seller Dashboard – No CSS stylesheet is getting applied (I hired a dev to fix this which he did but he advised that there is an issue with the plugin)
    – Sellers can't upload any images from the front end, upload function seems to be completely broken or deactivated
    – Edit product page – Shows in a flat view even though the tab view is selected.

    Btw I have tried this with the 2015 theme and still see all issues. Its incredibly frustrating.

    Hello Fearg,

    You have to remove old version and install again Dokan plugin version2.4.5.
    Please let me know what happened.

    Hello Ferag,

    Those issue you have mentioned are not available in our latest version. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Dokan plugin which is v2.4.5.

    I have removed the credential from the topic because it is not secure.

    Thanks Nayem, Yeasin.

    Deleting both the old version (2.4.3 – I had it deactivated on my plugins page) and the latest version and reinstalling the latest version did the trick.

    What is the correct protocol for manually updating dokan plugin? Do I need to delete the previous version completely before installing the latest? Do I risk losing my previous settings & data that way?

    Hello,

    To manually install the plugin, you have to remove the previous installation from your site then you have to install the latest one. No, every data will appear correctly because data get saved on the database.
