towhid Okay - I am getting super unimpressed with the support here and am seriously wondering why I wasted my money on you guys. I opened a thread about my calender issue, followed your instructions about filling out the form you directed me to. Someone else commented on the same thread, you fixed his issue then closed and locked it without addressing mine. Thread in question -> https://wedevs.com/support/topic/getting-the-calender-fetch-error/ Calendar is still not fetching correctly. It is also not correctly uploading files to attach to projects now. Is there a solution here?

I am getting this message after login on your site. “You are temporarily locked out”. Can you please check yourself and send me plain and correct user login details.

Thank You 🙂

Sorry – I mistyped your user name in the form (speedy fingers trip over themselves). Try it without the ‘b’. I currently have the security on the site set up to auto block IPs of anyone using an invalid user name for 1/2 hour due to getting spammed by login bots.

Again – sorry about that.

Hello Christina,

I did not able to login your site again. I have sent you a following file in drop-box:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/9plpzjl5zphxosb/calendar.php?dl=0

Please download the above file.
Now open wedevs-project-manager/class/calendar.php and rename calender.php file and replace the downloaded file in that folder and let me know the result.

Thank You 🙂

Hello Christina,

I am not able to see the plugin tab from wp-admin. Do you have any option to show at backend.

Thank you 🙂

Hum – should be right under JetPack on the left-side navigation.

You can also access it from the front end via a 2nd menu bar that appears under the main menu bar.

Last big update seemed to wipe many of the users from different tasks, but it was inconsistent about it. I re-assigned users to task that we not yet complete, but for projects or tasks that were already completed I couldn’t really do anything without opening that all up again, since it hides the users that were assigned to it.

Yes, I am at the site you had mentioned. Please check the below screenshot:

I can see you had installed multi-site. Can you provide me the network site access.

No, you may not have super-admin access.

The plugin tab is in the default location WordPress uses. I did not mess with WordPress’ back end.

At this point, after much thought, I have to say I am done. You are too much of a security risk wanting more and more access to my back end to fix an issue that you already know is a communication error between the database this plugin installs (and the rebuild of it that started this error in the first place) and the calendar wanting information that the database rebuild wiped. The ONLY reason I can legitimately see you wanting to look at the plugins is in case of conflicts, but since all the plugins I’m using were there when the calendar was working correctly (and I did do a plugin turnoff round to make sure it wasn’t a conflict, which you never even asked me if I did), I do not see how this would affect the database nor the calender look-up.

I have reset your permission to the site to the basic login/free reader so you will no-longer have admin privileges. I am deinstalling this plugin and looking for alternatives, chocking the money I paid up as a learning experience on how not to handle tech support.

Hello,

I had a strong desire to fix up the issue. I never told you that I will never fix-up your issue. All I need is to super admin access sometimes. I have applied same solution for other client who had encountered this kind of inconsistency. Without plugin tab no one can diagnosis the error or find out the version name of a plugin.

I will request you to please provide your ftp login details by using this form – http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/ and revert back the admin access. I will replace the file in the folder.

Also please manage to set the plugin tab in your site someway. After then I can work smoothly.

Thank you 🙂
