New Installation – error

Hello Mohammed,

First try to install Woocommerce.

Then install Dokan Plugin.

Finally install Dokan Theme and let me know the result.

Brilliant – that has worked. I didn’t have the WooCommerce plugin to start of with. You should pre package this or notify the user to install it, I have seen this done in other themes.

Furthermore, upon installing WooCommerce I am getting notification ‘Welcome to WooCommerce – You’re almost ready to start selling :)’ ‘Install WooCommerce Pages’

Should I install WooCommerce Pages or not?

Also, during pre sale, I was told you could give the most updated Dokan theme, that is not provided in members area yet. Can you install this for me, but only if it is stable (I am hoping it would fix a couple of bugs I have seen in the forum) like –

No this is not stable version. The version I will install on your site has some extra feature, fixed some bugs etc. We will release this version very soon. You can test this version. If you get any error or bugs you can let us know we will fix those.

You do not need to WooCommerce Pages.

Sorry about that – I am currently in the process of trying to fix my site. I don’t want to use multisite. But I have a WordPress installation on main domain and another on subdomain.

I want it so that when one logs in on one domain, they stay logged in the other, without Multi-Site. Any Suggestions?

I have check this issue and did not find myself ‘Leave a Reply’ box comment field at the bottom. Can you please check your theme and its settings.

We do not have any option to look at sales by individual vendors/sellers.

Shop Manager is a role you can give someone you want to manage the shop but don’t want to make admin. They’re granted the following capabilities: manage_woocommerce, view_woocommerce_reports. To know more about this role please check this link – http://docs.woothemes.com/document/roles-capabilities/.

Dokan allows two type of user while on registration. One is as a seller and another one is customer. Only an admin can change an user to shop manager. Or you can add a field in registration page for register as a shop manager. But you have to do some customization. You can customize or you can hire a developer.

Thank you! This is a multi vendor site, why is it not possible to filter by individual vendor sales? It’s not very ‘multi vendor’ if you cannot do this, how soon will this be added?
