1- SUBSCRIPTION PLANS- the user will pick free trial plan and when expired he can pick trial plan again? this is a major flaw. Need to amend where a plan cannot be re-selected unless downgraded. But some plans have a check box which cannot be downgraded (free trial).
2- T&C- when seller completes terms and conditions/ shipping policy/ returns policy on shop frontend page?? Where are they located upon completing this? Cannot view
3- SHIIPING/ BILLING ADDRESS- When seller registers why do we have shipping/ billing addresses for seller? Only customers (buyers) need this not sellers right? As seller address is added in the store page. Please explain as confusing.June 26, 2015 at 1:04 pm #53250

1. You can use a free plan once a time but not repeatedly.
2. You will see the Terms and Conditions in seller store page with a Tab.
Also, you must see the Shipping policy/Returns policy in the product details page (Shipping Tab)
3. Can you please send me a screenshot of the registration process of seller shipping/billing addresses field.

1- i was told by your colleague it can be applied again. thats a relief i will test it out once it starts to work.
2- i cannot see terms and conditions in the seller store even when enabling.
3- i am sending the link to a screen shot of 6 screens-
a- first 2 screens is about the shipping and billing addresses in the Seller panel when they already complete their address details when creating the store. only customers need shipping and billing addresses.
b- the second 2 set of screenprints is subscription issue i have- i have enabled but seller cannot select a subscription plan.
c- third set of screenprints is terms & conditions to show i have followed the instructions but still not showing on store front.
I only bought this DOKAN a week ago and already noticing errors? is this how it will be? otherwise i will just apply for a full refund.June 28, 2015 at 9:34 am #53415

2. Please login as a seller and entered T&C then see in seller store page with a “Terms and Conditions” Tab.
3. a. A seller can wish to buy a product from a different seller. So that while on registration billing and shipping address tie for a seller.
b. I have checked this issue in my side but did not get any inconsistency. Can you please send me your site details then I can check it.

I had to re-install all Dokan plugins and theme and restart as kept giving me errors.
1- Sign up widget is not showing when selecting sign up? What is issue here? It should be there like your demo and I've checked the widget is same as your demo. Should be ready as standard from installation.
2- Subscription is activated and 3 plans created but not working- not showing in the seller dashboard? Once activated it cannot be selected by seller to purchase (no response)- you will need to create a seller account once you have added the sign up widget.
3- Terms and conditions activated again cannot see in the seller shop when completed- you will have to test this from your seller account.
Please check these.

1. I have enabled the “anyone can register” options. So the registration function is not showing in the sign up page now.
2. I can able to click the subscription plan you have created. Here is my screenshot:

One other thing I notice is when viewing your demo in my iPhone smartphone it is responsive for shop page but in my website the shop page is not responsive- it is all squashed up when clicking on your vendor store you created.July 1, 2015 at 1:50 pm #53883
