When I click to edit a post it takes me to the page I setup
and then only displays the short code: [wpuf_editpost]I think I might be making a mistake?
Please advise.Thank you

July 29, 2013 at 11:23 pm #6433Hi Mahi,
I have the PRO version of the plugin.I am still not able to have the content display once I embed the short code [wpuf_edit].
The user dashboard works and displays all my posts. Then when I click edit it takes
me to the proper page which I set. But, it does not display any content. It only displays
[wpuf_edit]http://ashland.oregon.localsguide.com/edit-my-article
I did read the instructions and do not understand what else I need to do.
What I want to be able to allow is for the user to edit title, and content. Thanks for your help.
Also what is the meta_key_name?
July 30, 2013 at 2:03 am #6438You are using vantage theme from appthemes ? All appthemes theme's overwrite WordPress default features.
If possible provide me admin login details as private reply.

Please create a form and insert the form shortcode in a page and give us the link. So we can further investigate whats going wrong.

My question is that I have 1400 articles. How do I set this for each one… is there a bulk function to do this?Thank You.
July 30, 2013 at 7:57 pm #6471The concept is, you create a form and insert the form shortcode in a page and the edit shortcode
[wpuf_edit]
in another page. When you go to edit a post, that edit page is used to generate the edit form. So inserting the both form shortcode and edit shortcode in the same page will not work.July 30, 2013 at 8:05 pm #6472Can you let me know where I can edit this error message:
“I don't know how to edit this post, I don't have the form ID”I can then modify this to say:
You do not have permission to edit this article, please contact the admin.July 30, 2013 at 8:18 pm #6476Here is a solution to bulk update the all posts. May be your developer can sort this out.
