    Hello,

    We have checked lots of time and did not get any issue. Mail is coming. Are you getting all other mail in your site?

    I'm getting all my mail from my server. How were you able to change emails? I don't think I have given you the login credentials. In any case, I set up the post email in WP under “settings” “writing”, does this need to be set up? Still no emails. Im going to ask a dumb question to be sure I am understanding the process…Im assuming that the plugin uses the email address setup under the user accounts and it sends system emails to the users you include in the “todo”, “project” etc when a particular item changes as set up in the email settings.

    tried various things throughout the day to get email working…no change. I'm probably missing something right in front of me.

    To restate the problem…I do not have mail set up in wordpress. I have 13 other email accounts set up on my server and they all work with no issues. The user accounts in wordpress use those email accounts which work outside of wordpress.

    Hello Tim,

    You have to make sure that you have inserted your mail address in the email settings. If you want then you can check in our live demo- demo.wedevs.com/pm/wp-admin. We did not get this issue from our other user. If you think your all those settings are correct in your server and still you are not getting any mail then please let me know.
