I am using the per product shipping add-on, and previously it was sending out too many emails. I was told this would be fixed in the update. I updated this morning, and now email notifications are not going out AT ALL to the shop owners when there is a new order.
The notifications work IF the order contains items from one shop only.
There are NO NOTIFICATIONS of a new order to the shop owners if the order contains products from more than one shop.
Please fix this urgently! Orders will go unfulfilled, and you can't expect shop owners to check periodically for new orders. Please fix ASAP.

We've tested this issue several times before releasing the update and after your complain, I've tested this again. And everything is working fine.

I don't want to update to 1,0,6 because i customized lot of codes
i don't want it to remove with update , and yes i tried child theme and its not working with me

i back up my old files and update to dokan 106
now only customers and admin who gets emails “invoice”
seller is not getting any emails

I have tested it again. it does NOT work. It only works if you order only from one shop. If you order items from more than one shop, there are NO NOTIFICATIONS to the shop owners. YOu must have tested by ordering from only one shop – that works fine. But as many people will order from multiple shops this is a very serious issue and now its another 24 hours later. Please test it thoroughly and fix.

Please update this! It is a serious bug, and many people would be being affected because the emails are NOT WORKING! So orders are being lost. Money is being lost. Its been several days with no comment, except that you think it is working. Clearly it is NOT working. Please fix this!

I have tested this issue on our staging server. You can test with a fresh setup with latest WordPress, WooCommerce, Dokan and Per Product Shipping. You'll not have any problem.

Im sorry, you want me to reinstall the whole thing again? You understand how much work this is? If you're so sure it works, why don't you create an update for us?
It does NOT work. It ONLY works if you only order from ONE shop. Please confirm that you have tested it by ordering from more than one store. This has been going for a week now – and you should have at least responded sooner. Even if you are sure its working on your staging server. What version is on your staging server? Please create an updated so we can update to whatever files you are using on your staging server. Its ridiculous to have to reinstall everything from scratch. OK, so Ive done a completely new install. Only took me and hour and a half – thanks for that. and it does NOT work.
If you order from more than one store, the store owners do NOT get an email. Many people would be being affected by this, but they wouldn't necessarily know. Because the emails aren't working!
It works fine if you only order from ONE store. All emails arrive correctly.
So. Tell me, what versions are you using on your staging server? I have wordress 4.0. Dokan 1.0.6 and Per Product Shipping 0.4.
Dokan is an expensive theme. I would expect better support. Please do not ignore this. I'm sorry that you can't reproduce the problem, but clearly the problem exists. Can you confirm that you tested by ordering from more than one store? And then post the emails?September 9, 2014 at 5:19 pm #26536

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. The seller account I was using was the admin. Now I have tested now again and got the problem and notified the developer team. Please have patience we're trying to fix this ASAP.
