Nayem Hi guys, I know there are several limitations to Dokan shipping but hoping this is possible... I have a seller who sells many small items that she wants to ship for free and some large items that she charges for shipping (different rates for different shipping destinations). She has set her store wide shipping settings based on the large item (because it is not possible to set different shipping per product per country). At the moment the shipping costs for the larger items apply to the smaller ones. All she wants do to is override the shipping for the smaller items and set them as free shipping. How can we achieve this? Thanks

Hello,

Please edit that product and disable shipping for that product. Then shipping will not applicable for that product when customer will purchase that.

Thanks.

Hi Nayem,

The only problem with this is it hides the shipping & refund policies from the single product page. Is there anything to change that?

I thought that I could set up a shipping class called “free”, assign it to the flat rate shipping (flat rate = 0) and then assign that shipping class to the individual product. However if I do that & add another product to the cart along with it the customer is giving the option of “free shipping” or standard which is not correct (one item should be free & the other should be charged as usual). Does the free shipping class not work like this?

Thanks

Hello Ferag,

I have checked and it is not possible to assign a flat rate to a specific product. The only way is disable the shipping for that product.

Thanks.
