Page not found after Change Product Type

| towhid | Hi Author, We create a new product on dashboard, We filled product infos and updated. Panel created simple product correctly and listed on seller store. If seller want to change your product type as "variable", normally must create attributes and variations. but if seller forgot to create attribute-variation and press "Update" directly, page gives error as "Page Not Found". This is bad for seller and us. actually if the panel give warning message to sellers like "Please create attribute and variations at your product tabs", it will be more useful. We saw that the others encountered the same problem on this Forum, please help us best regards |

| Hello Kıvanç, A simple product turns a variable product at very first, then it first checks, does the product has any attribute, otherwise it will show “page not found” error. But if you create a simple product first and save that product. After that edit that simple product to the variable product then you will not get any error. So that, you’ll need to add attributes first before create variations. Thanks |
