Tareq Hasan Hello! The guest post page has the yellow payment alert that states "This post will cost you ...." However, when a user clicks submit ... they are no longer sent to PayPal. Something easy I'm missing? Let me know if you need me to upload setting images. Thanks!

Have you created a Payment page and assign it from settings?

Yes, I did that.

It was working before, but now just goes straight to my blank page. I thought it was supposed to go directly to PayPal after the user clicked ‘submit’?

I have Charge for Posting set to ‘yes’ and I see the yellow notification when I go the guest post page.

Or am I misunderstanding something?

I am sorry to be so clueless … I don’t understand why it is not working for me?

Can you please try submitting as a ‘new’ guest. (not using my log in)

When I try other email addresses to test, that is when it does not work.

are you controlling user permission?cause, when i am posting as guest, after post submission i am getting this message – “You are not logged in”

please make sure “Payment” page is accessable for guest.

I do not think I am controlling user permissions. Are you able to check for me?

Should ‘payment’ page have a short code?

I thought the user was directed to PayPal automatically after clicking submit. No?

Thank you for all of your help so far!

Hi,

I want a non registered user to pay for a guest post.

I am getting this error on the Payment Page after the guest submits the post: “You are not logged in.”

Here is the link: http://nytheatreguide.com/self-post-broadway-off-broadway-news/

Please advise,

Mark

I am glad it’s not only me. This is the same error I am getting, Mark.

After a few help replies the other day … I still haven’t received a resolution. Fingers crossed!

Unfortunately pay per post doesn’t work for guests, you’ve to be logged in.

Yes it says guests can post and they can. Payment is separate thing and in the free version and the pro version, it works only for logged in users. But we are adding some major changes in the next version in the subscription feature with recurring payment and coupon system. Also we are thinking for guest payment feature. Until then, you’ve to wait. Clearly we don’t have any ETA.

It might sound odd, but according to our ToS we don’t offer any refund.
