I am using dokan plugin along with the Adaptive payments and subscription packs add-ons. When I try to purchase a subscription pack or a product from a seller, PayPal gives me the following message: “This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient's website and try again. ” I have re-entered all of the needed fields when setting up this payment method( App Username, App Password, App Signature and API App ID) but I still get this message.
I also followed this guide http://docs.wedevs.com/paypal-adaptive-payment-add-working/ but didn't get it working.
I really need to resolve this issue ASAP as I have arranged for someone to market the site to Retro, Antique & Collectable shops and venues across Edinburgh & Glasgow, Manchester, London, Hastings & Brighton tomorrow.
Thanks for the help in advance!June 24, 2015 at 2:41 pm #52968
You have to make sure that your all seller configured their PayPal account correctly. If any seller did not insert their valid PayPal email then you will get this error.

I have made sure that the sellers have a valid paypal account. That is not the issue. I can give you admin access for you to check the issue.June 25, 2015 at 4:07 pm #53159

I saw that your payment method was not selected from the checkout option. I have enabled that. Can you please check now?June 28, 2015 at 12:25 pm #53435
The payment method was enabled before, hence the paypal error. I still get the error when I am redirected to paypal. You can also try checking out with any details just to get to the paypal pageJune 29, 2015 at 10:53 pm #53629
It's already been a week, is there any progress with the issue?
You told me that PayPal Adaptive was not enabled, but it was. This is how I get the PayPal error. Can you please do a test order and see for yourself.

Can I test with sandbox mode? I want to see if it works with my sandbox details. Please let me know if you have no problem for this.

Yes, go ahead.June 30, 2015 at 1:59 pm #53717
Did you customize anything in Dokan plugin?. I can not find seller or customer user role. Please let me know.June 30, 2015 at 2:03 pm #53719
Yes, I have done some customization on the front end part where you add a product. This is mainly to integrate the Woocommerce Simple Actions plugin. The role customer was renamed to venue profile, and the role seller was renamed to regular profile.
I have tested with PayPal sandbox before adding the adaptive payments plugin, and the checkout worked. I have not done any customization on the adaptive plugin.June 30, 2015 at 2:37 pm #53728
I have checked with my sandbox account. It is working fine. I can proceed to checkout without any error- http://i.imgur.com/2rOarFi.png. Please check your live credential, your business email.

I have copy-pasted the credentials from PayPal and made sure that I didn't miss out any characters or added any spaces, so you they are 100% correct.June 30, 2015 at 2:57 pm #53739This reply has been marked as private.June 30, 2015 at 3:01 pm #53743
What do you mean by there is something wrong? Is PayPal not accepting the credentials, is it blocking the IP, is the plugin not sending all required PayPal details?
