mojomo How does your add-on differ from IgniteWoo's plugin? Is it just the price or has your add-on been especially tailored to work smoothly with Dokan? Does it work with the plugin? Do all of your Dokan add-ons work with the plugin? I'd like to buy more of your software, but your support has been really poor so far... The only advice you ever give is "hire a developer". You said you'd release an update for the Dokan plugin today, which was supposed to include attributes (that you had accidentally deleted before first release), but now you're off on vacation, there's no plugin update and I can't finish my site. You marked my other thread as resolved, but it's not. Paid a lot of money for the software, but it's useless like this. Not cool.

Hello Mojomo,
Sorry about the bad experience you had. We are aware about current scenario and we will introduce some more people to provide you faster support.
Our PayPal adaptive add-on is specially crafted to work with Dokan and all the add-ons are compatible with Dokan plugin. You can use any one you would like and can also test on our demo server.
And we had released the update before going home. I believe that your previous issues have been fixed.
Thank you

Hi, thanks for your message. I installed the update, but unfortunately the problems have not been fixed. The attributes feature that you had accidentally deleted before the first release is still not implemented, so there is no way to add attributes. I cannot add shipping costs either, not even regular ones. There are no tabs for that. The “reports” icon is broken. And, Products cannot be edited after publishing. The only difference I notice to version 1.0 is that now it is possible to delete items. When can I have the attributes feature? I cannot launch without it.
I am also having serious style problems on the store page where your plugin is messing with my theme layout, but maybe I can fix that once your plugin is complete…
Glad to hear you will be hiring more support staff! Can you please direct me to your demo server?

“No Coupons found” is still checked green. Shouldn’t it be a red cross like in “No orders found”?

I have checked the attributes features and it is working. You can check on our demo server.

I have reported the issue about the coupon code alert. It will be replaced in our next update.

Our demo server for Dokan is http://demo.wedevs.com/dokan/wp-admin/

I checked the demo store. It is not possible to add attributes in the “add product” form. But I noticed that you can add attributes and shipping costs in the “edit product” form. Unfortunately, one of my other problems is that when I click on “edit product”, I will only get a white page (with my header and footer, but no Dokan).
I’d also like to know, if the attributes will be retrieved from entries that I made in WooCommerce. I want users to choose from my predefined attributes. I also think it would be easier to understand if “add product” and “shipping costs” was on the same page as “choose category”, but anyway, I think I could get started if the EDIT page was working properly. Any idea?

Is it possible to have predefined attributes as a dropdown in the “edit product” section rather than displaying all of them?

Hey Sekander, I just found the edit page. Dokan crashed my theme layout in such a way, that your plugin window was totally removed from the frame. When I’m on the white edit page and I continue to scroll to the right side, it eventually appears with the built-in features, so my apaologies, but I didn’t expect the layout to be the problem. However, since my sizes have about 200 subsizes, it is really impractical to add all sizes and then have the user remove 199 of them, so I was wondering if you are planning to implement a dropdown for this some time soon. Thanks.

Hello Mojomo,

@Towhid
has inspected your site and got the css issue. While testing he got the conflict from your theme and switched to a different theme and tested the attributes feature. It was working on the other theme. Please check.

Thank you 🙂
