Our office time is closed and we did not touch any plugin or something. When I have posted my last reply after that we did not check it again.

Someone at your office changed the Theme and has been running tests on my website. There is still his PayPal account information in new tests of Transactions after you posted your last reply.

Our developer was working with his own sandbox account. He did not rollback those details. Because we will check with it again. I have removed our sandbox details from your site.
Hello R&F- Yes, Paypal has changed something but it was fixed in the latest version 2.3.6. I will suggest you to create a new topic with your problem. Then I can check your site separately.

These transactions were done after your last reply. Screenshot – http://i.imgur.com/fEJF7IJ.jpg
This is the PayPal Settings>>Payment that is still in my account right now. Screenshot – http://i.imgur.com/2SuA3yU.jpg
I give you guys access to test and solve WPUF problems. DO NOT TOUCH anything else. And if you finish your tests, enter my PayPal information back.

Then, why don’t you provide updates on what is going on at the website?
I pointed out that there were no transactions in my last post and you never responded. How am I supposed to know what you’re doing?!
Now I have to spend hours trying to restore the website Themes and Plugins when I’m not sure exactly what your developer changed on the website. Nayem, this is ridiculous!

We will not touch anything else but before sending details. In our login details sending form we have mentioned- “Please take a complete backup of your site, before providing access to avoid any loss.”
No need to worry. We will not change anything. Our office time is over now. Our developer will check your site on the first hour of tomorrow morning. The transaction for non-recurring pack was not showing. But we were able to post after submitting the payment.

Yes, I took a backup of the website before providing you access 2 weeks ago. But this does not mean that you change the website Theme and not let me know what you’re doing.
You’re not given access to change my Theme and Plugins without permission.
All the website pages with plugins are now suddenly down. I will have to deal with angry clients all day today.
Nayem, this is completely unacceptable!!!!

My team has just spent 1 full business day restoring our website’s Theme and Plugins settings that your customer support team changed without explicit permission from us.
Because of your customer support team’s rashness, my company has just lost 1 full business day of Revenues. And we have had to deal with dozens of angry phone calls from our clients all day today.
We (Customers) give you FTP & Admin access to provide customer support for your WPUF plugin. Not to login and re-design our websites or edit other plugins. In my case, your team member (Sxxxxr – name hidden for confidentiality) changed our website theme, which deactivated all of our plugins (including WPUF), and therefore deactivated revenue-generating web pages that used these plugins. This has cost us time and a lot of money.
“Please take a complete backup of your site, before providing access to avoid any loss.” This statement on your Submit Login Details page does not give your company the unrestricted legal right to randomly change non-related features on a customer’s website without permission.
We backup our website regularly when WE make changes. But if you (as a Guest Admin) make changes to our website without telling us what you’re doing, then we cannot know to back up the new website changes. So you need to be clear in your customer support communication as to what exactly your team members are doing on our website.
I want to say this again as respectfully as possible: Tell your customer support staff to FOCUS ON WPUF AND NEVER TOUCH OUR OTHER WEBSITE THEMES & PLUGINS AGAIN.
Your Last Update: When you correct the problem of Non-recurring Payment Transactions that you mentioned in your last forum post, let me know.
Thank you, Nayem.

Hello. NAYEN. cool the problem was fixed, I need the files too. I Mean I have exactly the same problem as Kris.
Can you send me the files or tell me what to do to fix that?
August 5, 2015 at 7:07 am 65331
All the problems are Fixed. The non-recurring subscription packs are now activated and assigned to the User after they pay via PayPal. (The User has to be redirected to the Login page after PayPal payment.)
The non-recurring pack payment transactions now also appear in WPUF>>Transaction list.
And the non-recurring payment transactions also work for us now in Sandbox mode.
Thank you, Nayem. I appreciate your help.
