Nayem I have had nothing but trouble from this plugin since I installed it. I have been using it on and off since I paid for it, each time hoping that the load times were corrected and I would have a better experience. Every time I am left disappointed in this plugin. I see several other people having the same issues in the forums and not much has come of the posts. I paid for this plugin and expect better results than half answers, and especially a plugin that works correctly upon install. I would like to continue to use this plugin, as its the only one that has the potential to do everything I need, but I need this issue corrected, or at the very least, addressed appropriately as a known problem that is hopefully being worked on. Some run down of what I have tried with this plugin to get it to work properly: -Run on both shared and private servers -Changed php settings to allow for longer load times -Run on basic 2014 and 2015 default wordpress themes -Run with no other plugins active Through all these tests, the plugin still runs incredibly slow. Please help with this issue.

Hello Ronnie,

I have tested many times to find the problem but i have failed to reproduce. I have also tested by deactivating our plugin also but the site was same as before. Can you please contact with your hosting provider of you can check with a different hosting.

Thank you 🙂

Did you try and load the project that had the most tasks in it?

Hello Ronnie,

I did not change anything in your site. I did check plugin and theme conflict. But after my testing i have set your site as like your previous set-up. I did not check your project or other functionality. I have also installed a plugin w3 total cache.

Thank you 🙂
