    Hello Roxanne and Fransisco,
Here I have tested our demo site with the Twenty Fourteen theme, W3 Total Cache Plugin and User Frontend Pro with “load scripts on all pages” uncheked

    Here is the result: http://bit.ly/1rqWTOS

We too have hosted our demo sites in a shared hosting.

We always value our customers as they are the ONLY source of our earning and marketing. As I have said earlier, we have tested several times to reproduce this issue. But we could not find what was going wrong.

Every site needs to be maintained once in a month or week. So you HAVE TO turn on the maintenance mode and do the upgrade or fixing. You HAVE TO download a full back up and test things offline and upload later.

Each and every hour we get hundreds of mail and forum post to fix things up. Most of them is customization request and NOT a bug. We do have to test to reproduce your “bugs”. This takes time. We need time to test and provide solutions and instructions. You have to understand we are NOT ignoring you or not careing about your issues. We do understand, providing lame support or ignoring the issues of the customers will result us to get vanished from the industry.

So please, don't get us wrong. We are really trying our best solve your problems and provide instructions as soon as possible.

PS: I did not set the above reply private. Maybe Roxanne did.

Thanks for the explanation. Did you checked the link that you provided. It's not working.

Further, You are standing at your stance that this plugin doesn't effect site speed. However, It does with a great impact of up to 14 points less in Google Page Speed.

Recently i did extensive research on speed issues. I found after activating WPUF PRO my Google Page Speed falls to 77.

And without it the speed boosted to 91.

These tests are on main page of URL which has nothing to do with the WPUF Pro. The following Critical Errors( with a must fix warning) given by Google Page Speed after activating it.

Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
    1.https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.1/jquery.min.js?ver=1.11.1
    2.https://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=true&ver=4.0
    3.https://maps.gstatic.com/maps-api-v3/api/js/18/5/main.js
    4.https://mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-frontend-pro/assets/js/frontend-form.js?ver=4.0

Plus again with a red label and must fix warning.

In the Consider Fixing tab I am receiving these recommendations.

My site is hosted with Synthesis. I am thinking of other guys who hosted their sites with cheap hosts. I also don't understand why all these scripts are loaded on main page. For your Information, I disabled scripts on all pages.

Further, Please do something to load scripts on the required pages only. Not on all over the site. Even the results are not much different with disabling scripts on all pages.

    Thanks.

As an update, I could not justify keeping this plugin on the site, as it was obstructing going live. I have uninstalled it, instead opting for hard coded forms, by following a tutorial.
I won't have the ability to change the forms via wp-admin, but speed and usability has increased.

I would like to use this plugin, and I hope you keep on updating it.

I think a lot of the problem is that unnecessary code and scripts are being loaded in the front-end on every single page. If you locked down the loading to only pages with forms on them, either by checking for an existing ID, or a specific page-template, it might help to keep the speed up. – oh and make the google maps a feature to turn off – it adds on tons of code.

All my best wishes for you.

    Hi,
I'm also facing the slow down issue in admin when a WPUF post is opened.
I totally agree with Francisco. Something get wrong with the support.
3 days for an answer on the priority support can't be acceptable.
