Andrew In the user submission form, there appear to be adjustments for the number of rows and columns that the field will be. These appear to work with "normal" text area selected, but when "rich" is selected, the form input field size can not be changed. Does making it a rich text area mean I can't customize the size of the form? On a similar note, the "terms and conditions" field doesn't even have the option to adjust the size. It looks like a very large and mostly empty box with the checkbox beneath it. Any way to edit? Thanks in advance.s

The rich textarea some kind of unmanageable. You could use CSS to control the area I guess. Also, use CSS for “terms and conditions” height/width

Suggestion for style.css:
#post_content_ifr { min-height: 400px; }

This is helpful, but is it also possible to activate a simple toolbar for basic formatting? (Text align, headings etc.)
