Tareq Hasan | The post status setting on the form is set to published but all posts created by users are automatically set to pending review. I then have to go to the admin panel and set the posts to published manually. Please advise. |

Scott | Hi Curt (howlerckc), Even though you marked your reply as private I still received your reply with your wordpress admin credentials via email. I will not use them to access your site but I thought that you and the forum moderators should know about this major security issue. Thanks |

howlerckc | The post setting, not adhereing to “published”, is going to be a large issue. As I do not want to moderate all the posts that my users create. |

Scott | Hi Curt, I am not sure what is going on but it seems that we are not getting any feedback from the support team. I will see if my programmer can find a solution. |

Mahi | Hello Guys, Sorry for late response. @ Scott – you are charging for post. When people create contest are they finalising their payments? – when i select “Disable Subscription” from form settings area, submission is working fine as it should be, that means something is not right during checkout process. Please ask your developer to check things again because, i can see you customize a lot?

Scott | Hi Mahi, I am charging to post but when I am creating a post to test I am using credits. Try giving yourself credits and then creating a post. You will see that they go into draft mode and also that the credit number does not go down. I have not customized your plugin at all. All of my stuff is done in the form of action hooks. |

Tareq Hasan | Hello Scott, When charge for posting is enabled, WPUF instantly sets the post status to pending. After receiving the payment, it makes it publish. In your case, you are using the charge for posting. I am wondering why the payment notice is not showing. Seems like you have removed it and made some changes in the plugin as I can see. Anyway, when you are not using the force pack option, it skips the subscription pack checking and hence, the post is not being published and the number is not decreasing. If you want to use your current configuration, in that case if you to remove a line in the plugin in Either remove this code or enable force pack, your issue should be solved. |

Scott | Tareq, I have not customized the plugin and it is up to date. The only thing I have added is another payment gateway and some action hooks to the form. I have everything configured correctly and I do not know why this is happening. Also since allowing you access to the site I can no longer save my profile when trying to adjust post credits. I get a message that says “Are you sure you want to do this?” When I disable wp user frontend I am able to save my profile as usual. I really thing this is an issue with the plugin since the last update. Everything worked perfectly up to that point. |

Scott | As you can see other customers have the same issue. |

Tareq Hasan | The “Are you sure you want to do this?” message seems new, will check this out. But you did have changed the plugin. I can see the “post settings” tab on the form is now “Contest Settings”, “Charge for posting” is now “Charge for Contesting”. So yes I think it changed, may be a bit. The solution I provided above should solve the issue. But I’ll check the “Are you sure…” thing. |
