Problem to insert new product and Adaptive Payments

Andrea Hello, i'm Andrea Zallocco. I have two problems: 1) when a vendor try to insert a new product, the product is not visible, you can try? 2) i have buy and installed Paypal Adaptive Payments but i don't find where i can set up the plugin Thank you! Andrea

Hello Andrea,
1. You have to provide shipping and other information to make the product visible. When you upload a product, you have to insert its name, image and description and after saving that, you get to insert other information.
Also check if the product visibility is set to search and catalog.

We can’t insert shipping information, when a vendor create a product and click “add prduct” it appears an error page (OPS the page can’t be found)

Where can i set the visibility to search and catalog?

Check your permalinks are set to “post-name” and “product-base”.

Navigate to Options tab after adding a product and you’ll see a checkbox named visibility.
For existing products, click edit and follow the above.
