I thought the idea of creating the plugin was to provide dokan functionality on other themes? It would be great if it worked as you described – this was the reason I purchased it, but unfortunately it's not working at all, well it's not fit for sale. Yes, you are correct. The main reason of transforming Dokan to a plugin is to enable you to use theme of your choice. The issues you are mentioning here is related to design, which is not upto us.
We always need to customize plugins and themes to meet our needs. We always try to fulfill your requests regarding design or functionality. But if your request is quite complex and not a fault of our product, we advice you to hire a developer.
We know how you feel when you ask you to do so. But you have to understand if the issue is not related with the functionality of the plugin, we are not bound to assist you.
We are always open to provide you instructions and information about how you can make our product with another.
We have pre-sales question section, live demo and documentation for each of our product. And our support forum is also public. So you know what our plugin is capable of and what not.
If your issues were with functionality, we would definitely solve that ASAP. We can not help you with design. So let me know if you have any issues with the functionality.

Firstly, the problem is only with the plugin. All issues are 100% only with Dokan functionality. The theme I'm using is perfect. I've also tried over ten themes to test, and all have issues.
This is quoted on your dokan sales page – Dokan was theme at first, but we released it again as a plugin with an integrated theme. You get a plugin + theme upon purchase! Also you can use Dokan with any theme out-of-the-way!
Dokan doesn't work with any theme. This plugin should still be in testing phase, it is not fit for sale.

Again, just so everything is clear.
Here are the problems with Dokan functionality so far.
– Main problem – Dokan is not compatible with any theme I use. This is very misleading as you say on your Dokan sales page “You get a plugin + theme upon purchase! Also you can use Dokan with any theme out-of-the-box!” – This is fraud!!!!
More functionality issues.
– Store location widget not working
– Social Media icons are cut off. Not fully visible.
– Product editing page not correct
– Responsive issues throughout.
All these issues are NOT theme related. These are plugin problems.

Guys this has to be the worst service I have ever dealt with.

We have fixed your store page page, store location. You also asked for switch the side bar to right. We have switched side bar to the right side. Can you please tell us about the product edit page. You told that there is a problem in your product edit page. But i can not able to find out that problem. Still we are working with the responsive issue and it is not fixed yet. That's all the update of our work.
