i had the same problem, i saw already the support reply to this problem.

i remember that i change in WordPress permalink and it’s work.

in the firt part of permalink panel, choose button in the one before last button !

Please go to wp-admin -> Settings -> Permalinks and set your permalinks to “post-name” and “Product” and save.

When I want to add a new product, I click add product. On the page I can add a photo, product name, price, description and details.

But the drop down menu with categories only appears when the page loads and then disappears. So I do not see the drop down menu so I can not choose the category and therefore not add a product.

Please check for plugin conflict. You can deactivate all other plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce and check and let me know.

I already tried by disabling all plugins. Nothing changes.

I work with the theme cb-modello, when I activate the theme Dokan it works.

When I want to edit an article I also see the drop down menu.

I have inspected your site and found that your themes JavaScript is overriding the CSS of Dokan plugin. The javascript is making the category dropdown’s display to be hidden.

I can fix that for you if you can provide me your FTP details. Because I need to edit couple of files to get that work.
