Registration form JavaScript

Nayem We have created separate modal pop-ups for Login and Registration. The Login part is working fine on all pages. However the Registration part is unable to fetch the javascript required from script.js(Dokan Register Script) because of which "i am a seller" toggle is not showing the additional seller fields and the "Register" Button also is not working. We have created the pop-ups in template-tags.php in the dokan-user-header-menu and used the "Log-in" and "Sign-Up" links. Please tell us how can we link the script. Thank You. Adarsh
