Jamie At the moment I have wpuf pro integrated with woo commerce so that I have a front end form to add products and the admin and subscriber are able to submit. I have a custom user role that has read permissions as per the same permissions as a subscriber and it cannot see the form. I have saved the plugin settings, a subscriber can add/edit/delete products. If i change my custom user role to subscriber and then add a product and then change my role back to my custom one I am able to edit or delete the product I made but the add product form is still not accessible. What do I need to do to get the custom role capable of adding products? Also can I restrict it so only specific roles can post instead of anyone?

how you are controlling user role permissions? Custom or any plugin?
there are plenty plugins to control users restrictions from accessing pages according to user roles.

I’m using a plugin that creates the role. It turns out that my test database was a bit broken which made it so several of my test users with the custom role were unable to see the front-end forms.

After deleting these users and recreating them the forms showed up.

I didn’t even think of using a plugin for restricting access, which makes complete sense. My brain was a bit broken when I typed this yesterday.

Thanks.
