| towhid | I'm showing sales reporting inaccuracies. Correct Reporting should show 2 orders for $100. The dashboard is showing different numbers from reports, also line graph is not working

| Form has been sent, I updated and received a partial fix On the reports page it says $40 of coupons used, but only $20 of coupons have been used. |

| Hello James, The login details you have provided to me only for seller account but not for admin. To switch theme please, login to the backend. Now, navigate to Appearance->Themes->Select Dokan theme. If you do not have the Dokan theme then you must upload in the themes section. To upload dokan the theme, you have to click “Add New” button. Then upload the dokan theme from the folder(where you have kept the theme). Thanks |

| I do not think you are understanding the problem. Changing the theme only messes up my website, it does not resolve the problem. Changing the theme did infact mess up the website and did not resolve the problem. The problem is that Dokan is showing Completed (3) Processing (0) On-hold (0) Pending (0) Cancelled (3) There are only 2 completed orders. And 2 cancelled orders. Dokan is reporting 6 order transactions when there are only 4. I have fixed the other errors, but this still remains. Again Switching to the DOkan theme DID NOT fix the problem, it still persist. |

| Updated, but it is still not working. On the Orders Tab it is still showing All (6) Completed (3) Processing (0) On-hold (0) Pending (0) Cancelled (3) Refunded (0) However it should show All (4) Completed (2) Processing (0) On-hold (0) Pending (0) Cancelled (2) Refunded (0) There appears to be two ghost orders. Also, on the reports page it says 3 But it should read 2 There are ghost items that don not exist affecting the count. |
