    Towhid,

I have filled in the form for providing login details. I have put the login for PHPMyAdmin in the FTP section. Hope that's enough.

    Hello MareVisie,

I did not get correct FTP login details from you. The login details are working only for wp-admin and database. But I also need the FTP server access to see what the code you have worked out.

    Thanks

There's nothing you can do with FTP I'm afraid, but I will send you the credentials anyway.

    Hello MareVisie,

The file you have sent to me is not quite enough.

Please send me the correct FTP login credentials and file location where you have applied the code.

Also send me the form where the you have used the custom hook. I need to check the code on your site.

    Thanks

    Hi Towhid,

    the files are in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/my-functions-plugin/education-hook

    Here's the shortcode for the form: [wpuf_profile type=”profile” id=”199″]

    Hi Towhid,

The FTP credentials I send earlier should now grant you full access.

I think the problem is that no $post_id is defined and therefore some of the conditionals aren't reached.

    Hello MareVisie,

The login details for wp-admin is not working. It worked accurately yesterday. But today I was not able to login to the site with the same credentials you had provided to me. Can you please send me correct login details.

    Thanks

    Hello MareVisie,

I have already forwarded your problem to our developer team. Please allow me some time. Hope I will come back to you with a right solution.

    Thanks

    Hello MareVisie,

I have talked with the developer and I have noticed that you have messed up the code completely. To find out the actual problem, we have to dig deeper into the code and it will take too much time to finish. But the problem is that our Eid Festival has started from today. The developer will not be available at that time. But support will continue. They will be back in 29/09/2015. After their coming back, I will try to fix your problem. At that time, you can be carried your other task to forward.

    Thanks

Could you indicate which code I havr messed up? Is it the WPUF core? Or my own plugin files? Any comment on how I could have done this? Because I have not touched the main components of WPUF Pro.

    Dear Towhid,

I remembered I had a similar issue with saving form values, described in this thread. Please consult with your collague Nayem how he fixed the issue before.
