There is a problem with me or the support is like that for everybody ?
Man i paid for your plugin, i don’t understand why i must repost all the days for ask help and you don’t answer me. Say me if you have a problem and it’s not possible have your help…

Support is generally very good. But I suggest you start a new thread since your issues may be confused with mine and others previous on this thread. If you start a new thread it’s easier for them to track and respond. I run a forum and support system for my clients too and I know this makes things easier if they start a fresh thread…

Yes for the next problem i will create a new thread.
I think the support it’s good too but just a little too long.
I’ll wait a little if it does not matter I will pay my developer to find a solution.
I have to take care of the contributions of my users by email manually and it makes me lose a lot of time per day.

Just for info, i think it’s you but i prefer to be sure…
Is it you desactivated all plugins on the admin ? No problem with that but just for say at this hour i have more 300 visitors connected in same time on the site lol (just for don’t keep designs like this too longtime please)
But you can continu if is not too long.

The problem is, the scripts are not loading from WPUF in your theme. So if your developer can look into this, might solve the problem.
