Seller cannot add more products

| towhid | I have my package set at 10 products... however a seller is unable to add more products... she only has 7 in.
She DID NOT sell any
She DID NOT change any
She DID NOT delete any
So why can she not add more? Here is a screen shot... you can see 7 items, should be 10.  |

| Hello Tracy, Make sure you have marked : selling = enable selling, Publishing = Publish product directly. And for active those settings please navigate to Users->All Users->Edit Seller(For whom the problem is appearing) and let me know the result. Thank You 🙂 |

| Hello Tracy, I have created a subscription pack named “Subscription Test” and I have added 9 products into that package. I did not find any inconsistency. Can you please let me know the name of the subscription package which you are facing in trouble when uploading product. Thank You 🙂 |

| Towhid, did you set it to subscription recurring, or what did you test exactly? I am going to give her a new package and see if creates the same problem. |

| No I did not set any subscription recurring. What I had tested was created a subscription pack with 10 products. And I had add product more than 7 products in that package. |
