By inspecting, I have noticed few orders has an unusual defect. I have attached a screenshot below.
Some of listed orders showing “Sample Aistear planning”. Where is this product coming into the order? Do you have any idea?
Maybe it has a chance to interrupt the usual calculation process.

I'm not sure I understand your question. All the files in the screenshot are correct. Perhaps, this particular file didn't have a download link but as it was free it shouldn't have affected anything. I am attaching two screenshots from another user who is having similar problems. The user is davinacleary. She has withdrawn funds in the past but despite her earnings being over €1,000, after the initial problems, her balance is a minus figure and it should not be this way. I believe the root of the problem can be found by examining the correlation between what appears in the commission/earnings dashboard and whatever file it gets this information from.

If coustomer did not add this product then how this product appeared in order. This makes me curious. Can I get davinacleary's login details for a check.
The root of the problem is in commission/earnings dashboard. You mean wp-admin dokan “Earling Report” log page, right?

I will send you on log in details when Davina sends them one
With regards to the root of the problem, I mean that I think what is showing on the seller's dashboard is getting the information from some file and there might be an error in the code in whatever file this information is been gleaned from.
I have never made any adaptions to the code.
So, before we get to Davina's files, I think we still need to check why the earnings on the Dashboard is not showing the correct figure. We have excellent records from InfantTeachingIdeas, which should be able to solve the mystery.July 9, 2015 at 12:36 pm #54890
Can you please answer my question which I have asked in #54172 thread.
ThanksJuly 9, 2015 at 2:30 pm #54912
Sorry, Towhid, I think there might be some confusion -my fault.
Here is your question: Please help me, how do you know the commission is still incorrect and earning is correct. Give me some clue. After used the rebuild button then you noticed that earning is correct?
When I said earning, I meant sales. The sales figure seems to be correct. The figure that is not correct is the Earnings on the Dashboard. So, for example, Davina's Sales of 1,006.70 is correct but her earnings of -33.25 are incorrect. It seems to be the same for ALL sellers including the one you have log in details for.
We need to ascertain why the “earnings” on the Dashboard is showing the wrong figure. Where is it getting it from and why is it calculating the figure incorrectly. I believe it is probably just a small error in your code or perhaps the database it is getting the data from has problems.
Thanks and hope this clarifies the situation.July 9, 2015 at 4:31 pm #54946This reply has been marked as private.July 11, 2015 at 9:52 am #55105
