    Hello,

    When a seller uploads an image and presses edit from the upload screen, they are redirected to the homepage.
    Are sellers enabled to edit images?
    If no, is it possible to remove the edit link from the media library for sellers?

    Also the close text falls off the media library window, is it possible to remove the text?

    Hello Peter,

    Would you please let me know from where you are trying to upload image? Is it from “product upload image” or “seller banner image”?

    In all cases a seller uploads a image and presses edit.
    Only when I as admin press edit, I get redirected to the edit screen.

    From the popup media library. I can't add an image.
    But here are the steps to get to it:
    – press Seller Dashboard – Settings
    – upload banner
    – you get in a seller specific media library
    – If seller tries to edit images from here, they are redirected to the homepage

    So this also happen when you get in the seller specific media library from in other ways.

    The account is a seller account so you can see the edit button is not working for sellers. Because for the admin it is working.

    I gave you a seller account because that's where the problem is occurring.
    When logged in as admin it works fine. But sellers are not admins and they are redirected to the homepage.
    Please confirm you have this problem when logged in as seller.

    As for a admin account, I will use the form to upload details since a private post is not safe as stated before in a different topic.

    guys my sellers are having a similar problem when they want to edit an image? Any fix to this problem? Do you need my log in details. got to say, impressed with the responses so far…you guys have come a long way.
