    Hi there,

    I need your help, because I don't know why, but our sellers don't receive email notifications when an order is placed or when customer buy their products.

    They receive only the paypal email.

    I have the latest version of Dokan.
    I use paypal adaptive payment.

    Could it depend on Paypal adaptive payments?

    Hello Giordani,

    It does not depends on Paypal adaptive payments. You can try to deactive Dokan plugin and make an order by WooCommerce then please let me know what happened.

    everything is ok because if i deactivate dokan plugin the system send an email to the customer and another to me, the admin store.

    I think that dokan plugin change the behaviour of woocommerce in order to identify when an users is sellers or not, and regarding on that, apply some changes.

    Woocommerce said me that it not depend of woocommerce. They asked me the same thing, deactivate the dokan plugin and try to make an order. They said: “the plugin you installed create a variation on Woocommerce behaviour…”

    I have checked your site but I didn't find any wrong with Dokan and WooCommerce. So the problem with server settings. Please check your server settings I hope it will be alright.

    I checked with my server provider and they said that if it was a server problem my website should not send any email.
    I checked with woocommerce support too. They suggest me to install a plugin called WP Email SMTP in order to use my SMTP credential, but nothing different happened.

    Normally woocommerce send email notification to the customer when he make an order, and one email to the store admin in order to notificate him regarding to the new order. WIth Dokan woocommerce change his behaviour sending one more email to the sellers.

    Said that, i think it shuold be some code inside the Dokan plugin.

    Let me know if you are able to help me and fix this problem. Otherwise I will try a new solution to fix it because I have to fix the problem as soon as possible.

    another thing.
    I see you change the name of the dokan folder in the ftp. And now through the plugin management inside wordpress the name is changed in Dokan (lite). why? everything is ok?
