i found where is the problem.
If i change the statu order in “New Order”, the system send the email notification to sellers and Store Admin.
Now. How can i change the behaviour of the new order flow? First “New order” and then “Processing”? I wouldn’t to do this by hand…
This case happens with every kind of payments.

Sometime it happened for payment account which is demo/unverified. You can ask to WooCommerce what kind/type of account have to use. I hope everything will be all-right.

Woocommerce doesn’t never answer.
