What is the Dokan version you are using? Can you please update Dokan latest version 2.4.1 and see what happen.

Hello the same for me – Dokan shipping don’t work – There is a default value and I don’t know why ! And when a user is not logged in -> shipping is free !!! Can you look for this please it is a BIG BIG problem now. I use the 2.4.1 last wordpress and last Dokan theme.

But this method doesn’t work now since the update.

Sorry I don’t undersstand witch page you want exactlly. There is lot of different page in woocommerce !
You have my acces you don’t prefer to have a look directly on admin it will be very more simply for me and for you.

For wainting I use now a woocommerce per weight and coutry shipping and inactive Dokan Perproduct Shipping.
But I really need that seller can manage shipping per shop.

Ok It is Mohamed Jawad subjet but I have the same problem and imagine other peaople too. So I wait…

Dokan regular shipping doesn’t work , now i have added some extra shipping option which isn’t perfect for my store . Dokan shipping works only for the logged on customer . We had dokan regular shipping set up for different vendors which can’t be handled by the manal one i am using now . I have dokan latest version installed . Could you please have a look.

Also i am having some difficulties on adding image in product description it shows when i click on edit products but it doesn’t show in customers view . as a admin i can check from the backend and it looks got all images but for customers it shows only text no images

Please open Dokan/includes/pro/dokan-pro-loader.php. In this file you will get this function- public function inistantiate() and replace the function with –

public function inistantiate() {

        if ( is_admin() ) {
            Dokan_Pro_Admin_Ajax::init();
            new Dokan_Pro_Admin_Settings();
            new Dokan_Announcement();
            new Dokan_Update();
        }
        Dokan_Pro_Ajax::init();
        Dokan_Pro_Shipping::init();

        if ( is_user_logged_in() ) {
           
            Dokan_Pro_Dashboard::init();
            Dokan_Pro_Products::init();
            Dokan_Pro_Coupons::init();
            Dokan_Pro_Reviews::init();
            Dokan_Pro_Reports::init();
            Dokan_Pro_Withdraws::init();
            Dokan_Pro_Settings::init();
            Dokan_Pro_Notice::init();
        }

}

This two line should appear before user logged in condition –

Dokan_Pro_Ajax::init();
Dokan_Pro_Shipping::init();
