    Hi WeDevs,

I've purchased a few of the advanced search widget for use on my development and main website. I'm just beginning to learn php/html/css and am struggling to find how to make the search fields appear on one line.

I want them to be next to each other (left to right), instead of top to bottom. I've looked at answers on stackoverflow (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18470682/html-form-make-inputs-appear-on-the-same-line) but this plugin code is a bit too complex for me to understand.

Can you give me a few tips on where/what to edit to make fields appear left to right?

Try adding this CSS in your themes style.css

    [css]form.asw-search-form div { float: left; }[/css]

    Hi Tareq

    That didn't work…. I added it to my child theme's style.css file…

I can't access your site. The main site works, but not the subdomain.

Seems like you modified the form?

    Try with this:
    [css]form.asw-search-form p { float: left; }[/css]

    That worked! Thanks Tareq.

FYI, I did not modify the form.
