| Nayem | I installed dokan plugin to my site. But these problem is occured. Button of registing by customer & uploading banner, profile image is not working. No reaction. How can I fix this situation? Php ver is 5.5 in my hosting server. |

| Hello Sangok, Please check for plugin or theme conflict. Disable all of your plugin except Dokan and WooCommerce and switch to a default theme or Dokan theme. If the problem remains then please let me know. Thanks. |

| I check my site again. (no other plugins, basic fifteen theme) But the problem is same. Look at these attachment files. – banner, avatar upload :: url is changed > no reaction – regist to customer :: The massage is that there is blank required thing. | Please download the plugin file from your account and then re-install it again in your site. Make sure that you have no other plugin activated which causing conflict. Thanks. |

I have checked your site and failed to reproduce. There is lot of JS error in your site I will suggest you to do a fresh installation. We did not get this kind of issue in our plugin. | I tried to check on a fresh installation site immediatelly. >>> http://pre.dothome.co.kr (similler server) after only wordpress install , plus dokan plugin But the situation is same. I can’t regist by custommer. (seller is alright) Upload seller’s banner, profile picture is not going. Please check my site. I can’t normally use this plugin now. I give you another server info. |
