Slashes in Emails

Nayem	Hello, When WP Project Manager sends emails, emails with quotes " get preceding slashes. How do we prevent this? Example: Hello You are assigned in a project update "\"The Man Who Wasn\'t There\" Judy Nedry" on The Author Platform Guru You can see the project by going here:
